Chicago Area Breastfeeding Coalition

The Chicago Area Breastfeeding Coalition will be recognizing local Physicians and Nurse Practitioners for their role in providing outstanding breastfeeding support to families in the Greater Chicago area. Please take a minute to nominate a Chicago area primary care provider working with moms and babies who provided you with support in your breastfeeding relationship. Nominations must be received by March 1, 2012.

Outstanding recipients will be recognized at the Physician Education Conference on April 23, 2012.
