The Physician Education Initiative was developed to provide breastfeeding education to Chicago area physicians through in-services at local physicians’ offices. Local Lactation Consultants, La Leche League Leaders, and others who support breastfeeding mothers and infants are invited to participate in this program as presenters of these in-services.
Online registration closed at noon on Monday, November 1, for the Thursday, November 4, 2010, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Physician and Nurse-Practitioner Dinner Seminar at Maggiano's Restaurant in the Francesca Room, Oak Brook Shopping Center, 240 Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, IL 60523.

The Chicago Area Breastfeeding Coalition will be recognizing Physicians and Nurse practitioners for outstanding breastfeeding support. Please take a minute to nominate a physician or nurse practitioner who provided you with support in your breastfeeding relationship. Nominations must be received by October 15, 2010.
